Camped at Sage Creek Campground, last second my fiancé and I decided to spend a night here on our way to Mount Rushmore. That night, we hiked up a bluff during the sunset and he proposed! It was STUNNING and I can’t believe we almost drove by this place. Definitely visit if you get the chance. We were surrounded by bison and prairie dogs all night!

After our drive from Florida, this was our first stop on our road trip. Looked really cool from behind the gate, I say that because they are closed on mondays and we arrived on a Monday. So don’t come on a Monday! Hopefully we’ll get the chance to hit it on our way back home :)
