Make sure you do your research and know exactly what you want to see, where you want to go, what you want to do, and how long it will take. We were dumb and didn't realize it was a 3-4 hour drive from the North Rim to the South Rim. A lot of things and sites were closed due to Covid. Despite doing different things than we planned I'm still so glad we came! We just walked the shortest path to an overlook and it was like nothing I've ever seen before.
We weren't able to drive all the way through since it was closed due to Covid. However, even though we went out of our way to get there and it took quite a while, I don't feel like we wasted our time because even the drive there was so breathtaking. We were still able to see a lot of the formations from a distance and a bunch of other beautiful scenery. I can't wait to come back one day and get the full experience!
Absolutely amazing! We couldn't take a tour or get too close because of Covid but could still clearly see the dwellings from the cliffside. Some of the maps can be a little confusing - it took us a while to figure out where we were supposed to be going. It was also about 45 minutes to an hour drive to the dwellings from the info center, but it was one of the most beautiful drives ever! We ended up stopping at almost every overlook. This is absolutely worth making a special trip for.

We drove by to get a quick picture and just like all the other reviewers the lady was outside glaring. We didn't even stop the car, just got a quick pic so as to not cause her any trouble. Should be noted that the house doesn't really look like it did in BrBa either so I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to see this place. Superfans of the show should check out the Breaking Bad museum closer to Old Town.
Great place for a short stop!! There were soooo many prairie dogs and they get relatively close to you too.
