While visiting Bryce Canyon this past summer, the tour guide told us all about Bristlecone Pines, and how they had found one that was over 5000 years old. Is this where the new one was discovered, or was he just not being accurate?

It now sits on land owned by the Bedford Fair Grounds. It was also a bar in the early '70's. It's a neat little building. been in it a few times back in the day. :)

Pretty cool, but I'm sure not something the average Joe could afford.

Apparently the new owners don't feel the need to put anything in to upkeep.
