Check in was fairly easy; staff was helpful. Campsite is quite large; we decided to stay in B section as it was close to pool (closed for season) & spa—well maintained, with strong pumps/jets, and enough chlorine to kill any wannabe critters. WiFi was virtually nonexistent, even at the lounges, where it was purported to be functional. Cell service was spotty at best.
Roads were well maintained; hot showers, clean facilities. You must bring your own self-contained fire pits as campfires are not allowed.
Quiet place; senior-oriented activities.

Cost was $10– or free of charge if you also purchased entrance to the Montezuma Nat Park. Steep walks with an awesome view from the top. One can tour site in 30 min—one hour if you stop to smell the roses!

Very tasty, welcome reprieve after visiting Gold Mine. To be frank, we chose It because it was open late (Jerome speak—after 5). We were happily satisfied by our choice.

My husband loved it, and that was after being sick! Full of old historical cars, relics really. Great mechanical Americans. Lore goes that “American Pickers” couldn’t convince old coot to sell any of his wares!!

We stopped for a picnic and some pics; kids had s great time sword playing. Day was overcast but sun came out after all. There were no facilities, not much parking to speak of; we ended up at end of narrow road and walk to beach was not far. Fine sanded beach w few rocks (other than the iconic rocks great4 pics).

A brisk walk en route to Pike Market; a place to stroll while contemplating artful sculptures, some nicer than others. There were chairs strategically placed allowing rest alongside the waterfront. Best part? FREE. Would make for a nice morning or evening jog.

Cool place within the MoPop; we were too tired at end of day so we skipped the Fantasy & Star Trek sections. Loved the Alien exhibits & kids enjoyed video game & music areas

Cannot come to Seattle and NOT visit the Space Needle! It'd be like going to Mexico and ordering a cheeseburger. YES, it was pricy, but so were the Emerald Trolley & the Seattle Ducks, MoPop museum as well; we ended up buying the CityPass which saved us a bunch. Today we will visit glass museum and take on a boat tour (all part of CityPass)

Good place for kids to stretch their legs; locals come to exercise-if you're a runner, you can run some laps. I loved the Beverly Cleary statues, of course; my son remarked that "their eyes were freaky!"

We enjoyed the hike. It was very crowded, though, so parking was an issue. Also problematic were big strollers and people leaving bags of dog feces laying around!
Other than that, falls were s nice sight. Not Niagara Falls, not Yosemite, but still worth the drive, if for the exercise. Going all the way to end of trail did not add to view tho
