Canyonlands is divided into 3 parts. Island in the sky is 30 outside Moab. Great views and easy to drive through with an RV or travel trailer. Pull outs and lots accommodate large vehicles. We used action tour guide app (audio tour) to supplement background information about the park. Great views!
5 minutes outside of Moab. This summer it requires a reservation to enter. Even with a reservation, line could take an hour. The park in general is easy to drive through with a RV or travel trailer. Pull outs and parking lots accommodate the larger size vehicles. Lots of amazing things to see. A must do!
Conviently located downtown, but a small oasis with lots of shade trees (site 66 best). Clean, with gravel and concrete pads which was great when we had a 4 hour flash flood storm. Clean and nicely updated bathhouse. Dog park, pool, laundry room with credit card option, and very helpful staff! Highly recommended.
