It’s really exactly as advertised. A full scale (I think) replica of Stonehenge but made out of limestone from the surrounding Permian Basin. I had no trouble getting to it despite what some of the older reviews say. It’s a great stop if you just wanna see something kinda out of place and you can learn some of the history of the real Stonehenge while you’re there.
Got there at 7:30ish and the gate for the scenic loop was shut even though I think it’s supposed to be open until sunset. The park was pretty though and the nature trail was a nice chance to get out and stretch my legs on my drive.
