Although I didn't stay here, my boyfriend and I visited while in town and it was absolutely gorgeous, to say the least. Parking was $24 plus tax and 2 glasses of wine came to just over $40 after tip, which is a little crazy in most circumstances, but after strolling through the serene gardens there wasn't much that could bother us. It was beautiful and well kept with several areas to view. Staying in one of the rooms overlooking the gardens is definitely added to my bucket list!

I'm unsure of whether to give this hotel 3 or 4 stars. It's close to the airport and a short Uber ride to downtown Nashville, but the property is a little disarray during its renovations and definitely in need of them. A few of the staff members I worked with were absolutely great but one that I spoke with on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. The room was large and extremely comfortable but halfway through the first night the AC broke and I woke up to a room at 83 degrees. I'm sure once the renovations are complete it will be a little more put-together but there were definitely a few snags during my stay.

Very cool attraction to visit! The inside was closed for some reason so we didn't get to see the statue inside, but overall it was a gorgeous replica of the one in Athens and a great free sight to see.

I loved my stay here! The staff was absolutely amazing and the room was spacious. It's right off the highway and easy to find but it truly was the friendliness of the staff that put the place at the top of my list!

I stayed here a few months ago with my (now ex) boyfriend for the Rangers / Capitals game. We drove from Virginia Beach just for the night as part of his Valentine's gift, but to be honest, I still don't know how I feel about this hotel.

The location is about a $10 Uber / Lyft ride to the Verizon Center, which is great, but you better hope either yourself or your driver knows the area because getting in and out of the hotel is pretty confusing (both ourselves and our drivers got lost). Obviously location is a little out of their control and in the end it was relatively close to where we needed to go, so that didn't really affect my uncertainty about the overall experience.

What really annoyed me was the customer service during check in. When I checked into my room, I was given absolutely NO information... at all. I had no idea when check out was, what amenities were on property, or what to do about parking. When I asked how much parking was, I was told it was $24, or $15 if I became an SPG member. What I think is hilarious (in a not-so-funny way) is that I STILL have no idea what that even means. Of course I said sure because it saved me money... but what even is an SPG member?! She then told me where my room was but when I asked her to repeat the location, she seemed less than thrilled. I asked her a few questions about getting to the Verizon Center and she was pleasant enough, but definitely did not go "above and beyond" to assist me. Then when I got to my room and saw that there were 2 double beds for myself and my boyfriend, I called the front desk to see if they had a single room available for us. Literally... LITERALLY in the middle of my sentence the gentleman on the phone interrupted me to say they were sold out. When I told him that I hadn't even finished my question yet... he interrupted me again, so I hung up. I understand check in times can be hectic (although I was the only one at the desk), but I have been a manager at both full service and limited service hotels and would expect MUCH more of my employees.

The hotel was beautiful, I will give it that. But the beds... not comfortable at all. The sheets are not soft in any way and the cover to the mattress kept coming off during the night. I was woken probably at least 5 times to the sound of doors closing in the hallway. The bathrooms were very tiny and cramped as well, making for a not-so-relaxing bath. And my view of what appeared to be the ghetto was less than scenic. Obviously bed preferences vary from person to person and noise is hard to control sometimes (especially on a Friday night in a big city), so I'm sure some people find the beds to be perfectly fine. Perhaps if my boyfriend and I weren't sharing a double bed it would have been more comfortable, but in the end I should have made sure to book a single to begin with.

To give the hotel it's props, I will say that the gentleman I spoke with on the phone to ask about check out and the woman who checked me out were MUCH more pleasant and helpful than when I checked in. They were very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The decor of the hotel was charming and although I did not get to see the conference space, it looked like it would be very elegant as well.

Overall what confuses me is the complete 180 in customer service from one day to the next and also the beautiful appearance versus the uncomfortableness of the beds. The hotel looks like it has a lot to offer (although I still don't know what all that is) so I think perhaps if I stay again in the future and research the hotel on my own I'll have a better experience.

I love this hotel! It's right on the beach and every single one of their rooms have a gorgeous view of the ocean and a private balcony to enjoy it from. They have an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi with a really cool waterfall feature and an on-site restaurant and bar that makes it convenient when you don't feel like pushing through the crowds on the boardwalk. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and full of variety each morning and their gym overlooking the beach is great for those of us who try to stay in shape while we travel. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

ACE Adventures is absolutely wonderful! I gave it 4 stars only because we had some issues with our campground reservation and ended up having to stay 45 minutes away (New River Campground is great), but other than that snafu the whole experience was awesome. We did the Lower New River All Day trip and it was perfect. The length was just right, the lunch was delicious, there was some interesting history involved, a ton of thrills, beautiful views, and our guide was informative and entertaining (request Bob)! Back at camp they've got a great water park with inflatables and kiddie zip line, a decent sized campstore, a nice lakeside bar and restaurant, and clean shower facilities. It truely is the perfect playground for all ages.
