If you’re heading through and need an over night spot, this is a good one.
There are a few big RVs here and many smaller ones so it has space for all.
We ended up parking along the freeway and faced our generator exhaust out that way so we can run it all night and drown out the gen noise.

Stopped by here around 10:45pm for the night. Great location next to freeway and of course….Cracker Barrel.
Good spot to catch up on sleep and keep on going.
There were about 7 other RVs here as well all spread out. Little noisy from freeway but I would do it again.

Place is decent for passing through. Not a lot to do for young families with kids. Most of the people here are older and a lot of them are permanent with mobile homes on sites. Getting into our spot was not that much of a challenge because we were towards the end of a curve but if you have anything over 40 feet some of the spots are pretty tight to get into. The only downside I could see of the spot was they are very narrow and very short so your rear jacks / tires may be in the sand and you would have to reinforce them with some sort of base. I was able to park our rig without detaching since I got the truck at an angle and the rig straight in. Otherwise, you will have to detach.
Location is very close to Walmart and there’s actually a Trader Joe’s not too far from here as well overall decent older park. There is no hotspots other than two locations at the clubhouse and at the entrance so if you do not have your own Wi-Fi capabilities you’ll have to sign up for a data plan while you’re here or go to the hotspot for everyone located inside the common pool area.

Park is big but narrow roads. Sites are 1st come first serve. All sites are also dirt and the B section is very uneven. A sites are the best to stay in but hard to get. C is in the back and narrow sites and kind of flat.
One thing to keep in mind is you will have ZERO or VERY slow cell and NO Starlink service. We actually had to leave in the morning and find a new campground as we work from the road.
If you need to work and be online, I highly recommend jelly stone 20 min up the street.
Staff is super friendly but this TT is very much camping and off grid.
They offer a paid Wifi service but it was about as slow as dial up. Lol.

Great park! Has pretty much all you need for a stay.
Sites are level and on gravel. Most sites have views of the lake. Would stay again!

Store has undergone new ownership. Lots of changes here.
New pumps
New cold drink section
New wine selection
New liquor selection
Overall the whole place has been redone.
Great little market. Tight space for very large truck and trailer.

Canyon Lodge was okay, nothing spectacular. No restaurants are open due to Covid I assume, their mask policy is very strict and there is no public amenities available other cafeteria which was quick service. The rooms are basic but beds are nice, the toiletries are a nice touch, recently redone bathrooms too. Rooms are about $500 which seems like a lot for what you get. We lay for location more than anything I guess. I understand we don’t get many options inside the park which is why we decided to stay here to get the most of our trip through Yellowstone but I’m not sure I would stay again. Also no Wi-Fi or service, pretty typical throughout the entire park. Just forewarning for those of you who may not expect that.

Coolest little gem of a motel. The rooms are basic but clean. We truly enjoyed our stay here. They provided us with a pack and play for our baby, the beds were clean and comfy. The underground pool is awesome, they also have a fitness center and sauna. Prices are reasonable and love the history of this motel. Much cooler than your average hotel you find everywhere else.

Great stay, recently redone. The rooms were nice, we stayed at the one bedroom suite. Perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick stay, the bathrooms are big and the fireplace is a nice touch. Beds are super comfy too.

Great location, clean and friendly hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Right on the river walk, enjoyed our stay here. Their rooms are a good size, a little tight for our family but we managed. We have three kids, one who is still in a crib but they accommodated our crib needs and the pull out couch was perfect for our bigger kids. Would stay again.
