From an amateur hikers perspective it was a very challenging hike, and at 8 miles roundup my entire legs were sore by the end. With that being said the trail is very well maintained, and the view from the top makes it absolutely worth it, especially on a sunny day.
I just can't give this place a 5 after the HUGE lines we had to wait in to get to the top, especially since the Rockefeller Center offers views to the top of its tower that are cheaper, just as amazing, and with significantly less wait time; with all that being said the view is indeed incredible.
The best free attraction in Brooklyn/Manhattan; the views of the Manhattan skyline are incredible, and the architecture of the bridge is just as amazing, on a sunny day this is the place you want to be.
The staff was very friendly and rooms very clean and well decorated. Will definitely be returning should I need another stay in San Diego.
