Totally amazing.. Who knew when looking at Mesa Verde there was a civilization who inhabited this area so long ago and for soo many years. I am on crutches (an a bit afraid of heights) so the tours of the dwellings were out of the question. I am still in awe of the sights here. I loved it!
Come on, 4 states at once is cool! Some junky jewelry and touristy stuff. Nezzie's diné had beautiful metal designs done by the husband and the wife inlays turquoise and red coral into his design. Beautiful and unique. Also purchased a great authentic choker from a different vendor along with a talking stick.
Nice showers and RV sites.. Cabins looked really cute.
Got to go to the cafe. Great Catfish and chicken fried steak!!
