Really short hike and beautiful view in the morning. The directions on this app lead to an intersection, which you need to turn right at towards the zoo.

This place is absolutely worth seeing! It is so beautiful! But the weather can change really quickly. I visited this place in June and within an hour it went from not a cloud in the sky to thunder and lightning.

But you can pretty all this place within a few hours by walking through. There's also spots to climb if you have the equipment for it.

The view from the cross is beautiful. Nice little spot to get away from the noise and find some peace

This is a follow up to my previous review. The sign says 4 wheel drive vehicles only when you get to the trail that goes off towards it, but you can absolutely do this in a regular car. I decided to chance it and we made it all the way to the canyon, its just bumpy. We got further in and found a spot that looked not as reliable and got out to walk in the remaining distance and saw a Prius driving out. Needless to say after that we drove the rest of the way in and it was 100% worth it! This place is so so gorgeous.

It’s okay. A short walk around to where this treaty was signed. Cool little spot for a history lesson though

This place is beautiful and quiet. It’s also a pretty easy hike. My wife and I saw a bear family as we were walking through the area but they minded their own business as did we. We did see a few people walking through the meadow even though there’s signs saying not to because small animals live in it and you can ruin their homes and hurt them by walking through.

This is the highlight of Sequoia National Park! One of the most epic views you will ever see and no camera in the world will do it justice, you just have to see it for yourself. Some days the view will be hazy as pollution from the Bay Area and LA will collect in the valley and make this view a little more obstructed than usual but it’s an incredible view nonetheless. The hike is pretty steep and my wife and I were both spent when we got to the top but 10000000% worth it.

Beautiful hike out there. It’s only about 1.7 miles to the spot where the falls are. I went today with my wife (it’s mid August at the time this review is written) and it was completely dried up. However, the river leading up to the falls was flowing well enough. The water was cool but not cold (probably around mid 60’s) and was moving well enough so I was able to lap up some water from it. Just FYI, there was a sign that said there had been 34 bear sightings in the last month and plenty of warnings about bears actively seeking human food so be aware of your surroundings as you are out here. There was also reports of mountain lions too.

Been to Yosemite and Joshua tree and a pinnacles and a few other national parks. This one is so beautiful and a lot less crowded than the others (maybe due to coronavirus) and it’s gorgeous. Absolutely worth seeing.

You won’t be able to fit this tree in a picture no matter how good your lens is. This tree is awesome though and definitely worth seeing. The road back is steep though.
