Worth stopping. Where else will you see 4 states right in front of you? It's $5 per person, cash only. You wait in line to take a picture in the monument, but the line moves quickly. Generally you trade with the person in front of you or behind you - you take their family picture, they take yours. Kids loved this stop. And so did I!

Spectacular! Part of the Mesa Verde National Park. Allow time to hike a bit. It's amazing!

Fantastic time. Lots of hands on activities for the kids. We all made rope, shucked corn, did some clothes washing and more. You can still see the actual cottonwood trees that Pa planted. A must for a Laura Ingalls Wilder fan!

Great area to run around. The falls are beautiful but all around it are huge rocks that the kids loved to climb on. Great way to get all their energy out after a long day of driving.

Great free park. Kids loved running around. It's pretty small so we walked around twice. There are some dinosaurs you can climb on. Also great place to buy souvenirs. The gift shop prices were very reasonable!

Nice room, convenient laundry. Pretty good breakfast. Conveniently located pretty close to Crazy Horse.

Cute town. Not sure it was worth the stay though. The re-enactment of Bill Hickock was fun, but the "shoot out" in the street lasted about 5 minutes total. We stopped here for the kids but they weren't very impressed overall.

Super cute house and fun to stop by. Make sure you walk around the side to view the Tangled theme play structure (visible over the fence)
