We did not do a tour, but it is still worth a stop to see all of the interesting history visible around the lawns.

So many photo ops! It was a very nice walk to follow the sculptures.

Southeast of the point shown on the map, nice little overlook. Nice bathrooms!

We almost missed him! He is standing behind the ConAgra sign that is right at the corner of 10th and Farnam, facing southeast. Good for a photo op and to stretch your legs!

Great for a photo op and to stretch your legs! When it is windy you can feel the bridge sway a little. Very surreal feeling!

The photos show you everything there is to see. Good place to stop and stretch your legs, but not much else unless you are really into train history.

A lot of cool works of art and more than one creepy one. Worth a stop!

Appears to be operated exclusively college/high school kids on summer vacation. They do a great job of anticipating boat traffic and waiting for people who are hustling to catch the ferry. There is only one boat and it waits on either side for 5-10 min before heading across. The operators know a good deal of history about the ferry and town. Tip your captain!

We took the chain ferry over from downtown Saugatuck. It was an easy walk to the park but there are no sidewalks. Climbing the stairs was a great way to work off our ice cream and there is a great view of town from the top!

Decent museum on canal history. Great food at the public landing, and dogs are welcome on the patio when it is open!
