Great place for skiing and snowboarding. If you are choosing between Snoqualmie Pass and Stevens Pass then go to Stevens!
I would give 5 stars to this place but they have no snow tubing. However, if you take a camera with you, those family members who can't go skiing / snowboarding will have a great time taking pictures around that place.
If you will go across the bridge and turn right, you will find houses and great places for sliding and taking pictures.

Good place to see Astoria and Ocean from.
We had fun experience but; rented 3 quads and payed $50 for hour (each) but one of our friend got in accident and damaged his machine. When we came back, they took another $50 for fixing his quad. It's not really good price for that damage ... we would give 30-40 maximum but whatever.
Every year we go to Paradise or other places in Mount Rainier National Park with our church members. It's awesome place; you can do hiking there for a whole day. You can start you r hike during hot weather but at the top you will see snow and will be able to play on it with kids.

We had a really good time over there. You can see bear marks on a tree and should expect small animals.
Food is better to be inside of your car - bears may be attracted by odor.
