Worth the effort to hike up to the grave site. The main picture shown above is the old headstone and has since been replaced with the vertical headstone with the correct dates. His actual remains are not buried where his gravestone is but it is on record that he's buried somewhere in the cemetery. I heard they do some haunted hike up to the cemetery every Halloween and the locals say it's very cool and creepy. There are discrepancies around his actual burial spot.
