A great little place just a nice way to watch the sun set with complementary wine and cheeses the breakfast was wonderful and the view of Moonstone beach was to die for. Should have stayed longer. Hot tub and pool were nice and the room was a little cramped. I thought we had one that had a living room area but ended up on the beach side porch. Confirm what your getting. Very nice area though. It was worth the money.
Really a great place full of history! Do not miss the Hearst ranch deli across the street! You must try one of their hamburgers! OMG!! Yum!
A bucket list moment!! Hwy 1 is absolutely a must see before you die! Just do it! Pictures do not do it justice. Must be soaked up!
This is a very nice place in a good location. Fire-pit was a great touch in the he evening and the breakfast was a great start to the day. Great value for the money.
This is a bucket list kinda place. Plan on being amazed and soak it up as pictures cannot really do it justice. Absolutely AWSOME!!! My son did a lot of bouldering and we just really soaked it up. Plan on staying although we just did a one day. We will be back!!!
My family stayed here in the Half Dome and El Captain rooms in October. Absolutely beautiful and breakfast was wonderful. Steve gave us great pointers for the park and we wished we could have stayed a week. We will be back for sure and stay much longer next time! Very clean and the cookies upon arrival were wonderful! Great place!
We loved this place. The fog horn blowing in the morning was way cool, free wine or beer in the evening and free bikes to ride. Great room, great location. Great staff!!! They even had a bottle of wine waiting on us in our room. With a great welcoming note. We went back and forth trying to figure out where to stay in San Fran. Glad we chose this place. I will definitely chose a Kimpton hotel again! Btw.. Johnny Rockets had a great breakfast we walked to every morning and we have never had better seafood than the little joints across the street. Follow your nose. It was AWSOME!!
