This place was very nice and very clean. The beds had a pillowtop and were so comfortable. It provided the best sleep on our trip. There is excellent wifi, a microwave fridge and the room and bathroom are very clean. It's only about 20 min from Little Big Horn. The man at the front desk, Khan, was very accomodating, and genuinely interested in how comfortable our stay was. I would stay here again.
Don't let the name fool you....the place is awsome! Very helpful staff, huge rooms with a fridge and microwave...also a keurig. There is a free breakfast. Very easy to get to. We almost passed on this because of the name, glad we stayed.
Bear in mind that there is no elevator...only stairs to the second floor....not a problem for us, just FYI.
Breakfast was very good with a large variety of eggs, bacon, muffins, cereal. danish, juices... they provide it all.
If you are a fan of the movie, this is an awesome stop!
The original woodchipper from the infamous scene in the movie is in the visior center. Fantastic photo op and the staff is so nice, you can take all the photos you want.
This is the real woodchipper and they can tell you the story of how they got it. Some other memorabelia from the movie is on display also.
Excellent place to stretch your legs. Its right off the interstate. There are 3 panels explaining the statue.
We got great picutes of the chicken trying to "peck" my head.
Ole is 3 miles from the interstate...You have to go through town (which is beautiful). It is a straight shot, no turns, then you cannot miss him. We asked directions at a gas station ad they were very helpful. He is right across the street from the rune stone museum.
Ole is massive and was worth the detour...a fun photo op!
Great stop! Use your GPS, a little hard to find for us. The gentlemen in the camp museum were hillarious. They are also a great source of info for the area.
Sue is awesome. she is so big you can see her for miles away on the interstate. great view from up by her. trail to her is a little steep. but paved so it is eassy to walk up.
This is down at the river. GPS in the car was a bit off. just follow the road in the park. Has panels that give the history of the Thunderbirds. they are very interesting. nice place to stop and a lot of places to eat nearby
this place it wonderful. the people are very nice. we meant to just do a quick photo op, but ended up staying for about an hour.
worth the stop. we travelled across country, and pinky is still out favorite roadside attraction. Gas station owner is very nice. and they have great pinky stuff. we got magnets, a keychain, and a great t-shirt.
