Great place to fill up your potable water. And dump your waste.
I have never been to Cannon Beach and it was a beautiful day not too crowded the water was warm. It was a lovely day with beautiful views.
It was a very rainy day so there was a bit of a slippery hike to get to and from the passenger ferry. and the lake is extremely low this year. The caverns were dry and a great trek with lots of lovely pictures.
I recommend contacting the Rangers office before heading out any time after September 1st to verify the pass is open. it may save you 2 hours of driving. we never expected to find the pass closed do to snow mid September. otherwise it was a beautiful drive.
This is a great RV spot. We loved the fact that even though we came in after the office closed we were able to pick from the open spots, fill out the form with our AAA # for a discount. grounds and restroom are clean and tidy. I would recommend this spot for those who are traveling.
