This is the correct area for this monument but is not in the Riverside Cemetary. It's a different cemetary altogether.
It's not here. It's south of here, down in a cemetary across the street from a small airstrip.
Fun photo stop!
This was disappointing to us. Would like to have seen the museum but you have to make an appointment, otherwise, it's closed. The museum is up the road on a side street. Basically a metal garage. Still, the guard tower is interesting.
Fun place to stop and get out and stretch your legs. I imagine kids would have a good time climbing on, around and under the rock formations. Very interesting. Small area won't take up much of your time.
Gene Leahy Mall is permanently closed. Is being revamped and will come back with another name around 2023.
The best breakfast you can get. We live in NE now, but grew up in WA, just outside of Leavenworth. When we come home and we go over Stevens Pass, THIS is where we stop for breakfast before getting to Seattle.
