A beautiful site, but a long walk. Be prepared with water, hat, and sunscreen if you go in the summer months. There were two areas on the hike for shade, but no shade at the end. Water seemed to be very low as well, but beautiful nonetheless. Would like to kayak the next time around.

Went to the monument and it closed early due to COVID. Went back the next day because we only were an hour away. No where else can you say you were in four states at one time! It is one of those places you need to see and a quick stop. Itp is in the heart of Navajo Nation and they do sell some of their native jewelry and art. Not all the vendors were open and no food available.

A nice little side trek on our way back from a great day at Zion NP. A nice pamphlet with a lot of history. Only one of the buildings was on private property and could not be accessed. A fun stop if you have the time. The last 2 miles of the drive is on a graveled road and then dirt road. The cemetery is impressive and nice that the historical society is trying to preserve the graves and up date the headstones while keeping the original.

Cool little ghost town! Was a little confused to see so many beautiful homes built around it, but they have done a great job trying to preserve the history! Nice self guided walking tour. Didn't make it in time for the museum, but has a rich history and fun facts about the past. Also has a QR code you can scan to watch videos. A definite must if your passing through.ll

Interesting phenomenon, but totally man made. The geyser never blew but did bubble up and then fizzled out. Isn't worth the drive on a long graveled road.

This definitely a trailer / rv friendly KOA. It was miserable as a tent, at least on a busy weekend. Some of the staff made up for the lack of facility for our tent. But if you don't say anything... Nothing would have changed. The bathrooms were dirty and out of stock all throughout the day. The shining light were the other guests
