Excellent park, clean, well kept, love parking in the orange grove. Only draw back is the noise from Hwy. 58! Showers large, pool looks sparkling!
Clean and quiet...nice green spaces with some semi mature trees. Sort of buried in a hotel row, near a small mall with shopping and some restaurants. Gravel pad, (we had to get blocks out to level our unit) with concrete pads for picnic table, width and angle setbacks were good. Wi-Fi seemed adequate.
Wow, clean, quiet, efficient! Not much nature here, astro turf lawns, paved drives, concrete pads... All orderly and clean. But reasonably priced and good location!
Definitely a tight little park, and a little on the tire side. We came through with a 31' class C, but saw some a couple of big rigs. Many long term residents with sites that looked ill kept. But there are a lot of nice trees, and the sound of the creek. Seemed like a nice swimming pool, so for kids this park is probably a nice stop. Restrooms were clean.
Just a little tired looking, but it was also 100 degrees when we stopped by! This might be better enjoyed when the weather allows slow strolls down the main street. A lot of the older historic homes in the adjacent residential area needed some TLC....but at least they are still standing!
Takes very little time to stop and visit this location! Very nice park! Just a fun stop when visiting the area!
Loved this museum, has a little bit of everything. History, Indian artifacts, lenticular cloud info, fire fighting and forest service info, all well presented with lots of photos, videos, and descriptions. Also has lots of kid friendly activities. Bonus, you get to visit the fish hatchery!
Wonderful, clean quiet RV Park. Green lawns, hanging potted plants, tall towering pines sprinkled through the grounds. Rigth off of Hwy 89, so there is some traffic noise. But this is such a nice RV park if you are headed to Lassen, stop by for a day or two! (we were here in the summer and the tree shade with a slight breeze was awesome!)
Really enjoyed the short walk to the fall! The park at the start of the trail is shady, and cool, with a variety of plants, including some blooming rhododendrons. Had tables for picnicking. The hike to fall is very short and it was fun to walk behind the fall!
