Unless you are planning to do some hiking I wouldn't bother with this stop.

Beautiful location. Near 4 Corners and Mesa Verde National Park. We were worn out from so many nights in a tent so we stayed in one of their cabins. The beds were rock hard so on the second night we put our air mattresses on top and slept like babies. Hosts were great!

Loved this! We were hesitant about going because my mom was in a lot of pain on our trip and was having trouble walking. We asked at the main welcome center and they were able to give us a map and star the places that you could see from the car or with limited walking. We also stopped at the Museum and were able to borrow a wheelchair to use as we drove through the park. We used it at several of the stops so she could have better views.

Pay the entrance fee to get to the visitor's center. The views are worth it. The restaurant is crazy expensive so consider your budget before you make plans to eat there. I suggest having a backup sandwich plan in place.
Oh! be sure to stop on the way there at one of the roadside vendor booths. We got some great deals on jewelry made by the local Navajo people. Much better than buying at the gift shop.

Moab was booked up so this is what we found to try and get as close as possible to Arches National Park. Thank goodness Moab was booked and we found this jewel instead. It was our favorite place that we stayed on our "Grand Canyon" trip. We actually ended up staying an extra night just to rest a bit and enjoy the location.
The bathrooms get a gold star. Individual rooms with toilet, shower and sink. I think there are only 4 but I never had to wait for an opening during the time we were there. There were several machines in the laundry facility so were were able to do 2-3 loads at once. We were tenting. They didn't have many tent sites so book early. The tent sites were grass. I didn't appreciate what that meant until we arrived in Utah and there is desert everywhere.

See Beth's review on November 2015. I agree 100% with everything she said. The only real highlight for us was that one of the vendors had Indian Fry Bread. $5 each for the bread. According to one of the vendors that was the "tourist" price but I guess that's what you get for being a tourist. I do have to say it was REALLY good.

Great place to stay. We were in a tent and were right in there with all the RVs. The ground is gravel but we have air mattresses so that was no problem. Next time we want to try out one of their cabins. Bathroom and showers we nice and clean. Cute little shop where we picked up a few things.
