Pretty cool to see! It was a great break in our trip. The mural was amazing. Not much to do around we just hopped out for our pictures. And we get to say we saw the largest fire hydrant in The world. Haha signs of no dogs is a cute touch
Bridge is on 4400 Haralson Mill Rd about 18 minutes from this location didn't double check it before driving to this location, so was a little frustrated with directions. It is quite a bit more drive but it is a nice and unique. Not many of these bridges around anymore so it is great to see one up close.
Great spot to learn about Margaret Mitchell and see her apartment. This is not a big museum or a lot of gone with the wind items. Upstairs they have a cut out, and pictures and video about the premiere. I still say it's a must for Gone with the Wind fans. But I recommend the museum in Marietta Square if you are looking for more items on the Movie
We also started our drive through Alabama starting at this bridge and driving along to Montgomery it was eye opening just how determined and passionate this group of people were, agreed this March (54 miles) was not easy.
It is just a well don't expect too much. Water is constantly flowing. The town seemed pretty closed for the day when we drove by. Just a quick hop out of the car and filled out bottle water.
My daughter would give it 100 stars if possible. The tour was amazing. Very nice place and staff was great too. Worth the extra drive to visit. Sooo glad we went the animals are nice and a great encounter
Clerk was very nice. Room is nice, spacious and clean. Had trouble with the tv first had wrong remote in room, clerk offered to get another or switch rooms- looking through room found on floor next to the bed, tv works! Very pleased with service and wifi works great.
