If you're in St. Louis the top of the Arch is a must do! Plan on the visit taking a while though. We did the Journey to the Top and got on our tram 50 minutes later than our ticket time. The kids were very restless waiting in line that whole time (as were we!). The whole area is under construction, making it hard to get around but still worth the visit.
The kids (7, 10, and 12) loved exploring and climbing around in the rocks! Great place for families!!
Rooms were basic but clean and we appreciated having a fridge and microwave. The staff were very knowledgeable and had good suggestions and brochures about local sights and hikes. Very helpful!

Not much to see here but a good place to stretch your legs. Would probably be cooler if we were into The Bridges of Madison County.
