Hotel overall needs to be updated. The carpet flooring looked dirty. Room was clean and staff was good but I’m giving this hotel 3 out of 5 based on lack of maintenance. It also had a foul smell when we arrived.
This was our third Under Canvas location and by far my favorite out of the three. The scenery and location was amazing and it felt the tent and amenities it had was better. Staff was great and loved that you can see Mt. Rushmore from the distance from the camp. Will definitely go there again and at this location.
Very clean and well taken care of hotel. It was a nice surprise and staff was friendly as well. Definitely recommend the Winchester Steak House which is 2 blocks away. Very pet friendly as well.
Enjoyed the experience. Location was also close to west entrance of Yellowstone Nat Park. You definitely want to bring warm clothing since the tent gets cold in evening and morning. Staff was great and loved that they drove us and our belongings directly to the tent. My doggies loved it as well.
Great location and room was very clean and comfortable. I also loved that the flooring was vinyl planking since it made it very pet friendly.
I’m giving this hotel a 4 out of 5 mainly because the room we stayed in had a very bad sewer smell. We tried to change rooms but the hotel was booked up. Overall the hotel is in a great location and staff was really great as well. We did finally get to change our room our last night and that was much better.
Cool experience. Location is great since it’s very close to the park. Service was also great, very attentive and their food was good and fresh. My only suggestion is to not stay in the tent closest to the parking since at night the light noise can be disturbing.
Great location walking distance to all shopping and entertainment. Room is very spacious as well. Hotel overall is outdated and needs a little TLC. Staff is great but don’t expect a Valet.
Great experience and location. Staff was very friendly. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. My only recommendation is to make sure your tent isn’t next to parking area since it can be disturbing at night.
