Horrible .. Not a great location (car parked on street with bags as windows). Booked my family into a basement room with narrow stairs as access. Told us it was the only room left, yet we had a friend come in a bit after us and they had no problem finding him a room. Room was dirty. Second 'bed' in the room was a pull out couch which was on a very severe slant.. We thought it was broken but apparently it wasn't. Dishes were dirty, bathtub clogged and dish soap was empty.. Worst hotel stay ever.

Fantastic location - walking to most things and right across street from park, beach down the road. Ideal location for sightseeing when looking for something affordable. They have rentals with full kitchen and separate bedroom at reasonable rates.
