This is not a restaurant! It’s someone’s house.
This would have been a great place for smaller/younger kids. We had teenagers and it wasn’t as interesting. I could tell the place is well maintained and was happy to see lots of babies of multiple species. Very nice staff too.
This place was amazing! The wait staff, especially Erin, was great. All 5 of us were happy. I got the Cletus chicken burger with sweet potato. To die for!
The steak house burger and cowboy burger got 2 thumbs up!
The only thing is that this restaurant moved. It’s now on Gay St. in Knoxville.
This was a great place to lay your head and eat breakfast! The woman who runs the place was amazing! Very accommodating and just wants to make you happy! Rooms were clean, although small. For the price, this was a great hotel with awesome service!
This was decent hotel, not real friendly staff, but not rude. Beautiful view from your room ONLY if you upgrade to the premium rooms! Be aware, luckily, we had upgraded. No microwave but there was a refrigerator! We tried to eat on a budget and found we had to do food that didn’t need to be warmed, or we had to eat out (which is overpriced due to being a tourist area). Beds were fairly comfortable and it was quiet at bed time.
Very friendly and informative!! We like how he interacted with our kids - encouraged them to ask questions and answer his as well! He was generous with the samples and explained how even the maple rubs (fish and meat) were made. Such a cool place to go for a short visit. Definitely worth the trip!
This place was great! Excellent breakfast! All 4 of us had something different and not one of us were disappointed! Then our bill was only $27! Amazing. I had the veggie scrambled eggs with cheese! Perfectly mixed with eggs and the best English muffins (although store bought) but amazing! If we are ever in VT again, we will go out of our way to eat breakfast here again, or at least plan our road trip around this place.
This was a great little hotel. The staff were amazing - even the breakfast staff, Leslie!! Front desk were so helpful and friendly!! Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended.
This was a great little hiking area. We accidentally came to this park because we were looking for Angel Falls. We have 2 kids (10 and 14) and hiked both the Butternut (beautiful views!) and Bald Rock (I think it was). It was a little strenuous, but they loved it. We did it in 2.5 hours with some time to explore. Didn’t get to the other trail because of the rain, this made up for it.
A let down, especially after doing the Jim Beam tour the day before. The guides were not enthusiastic, (almost rude) and there was not much to see. The positive: we got a good free beer! I guess I expected more from AB.
