This gem was on my bucket list and the reason we drove 800 miles! The ride is very easy and absolutely doable for kids or to have a bike trailer in tow. If you are in the area do not pass this one up. Incredibly beautiful country, well documented historically along the path and the views will take your breath away. You can rent bikes at the ski resort located at exit 0 or get off at exit 5 if you have your own and hit the trail. You are required to have a head lamp or light on your bike. You will ride through a series of tunnels and you will need them. They will not let you ride the trail if you don't have a light. There were 4 total in our party (2 adults 2 kids) total cost to ride the trail and be shuttled back to our car was $62. Well worth it! You can pay either at the resort or at the trailhead.

Amazingly beautiful short hike/walk. Very well maintained trail and wheelchair accessible for about he first 1/4-1/2 mile. Excellent signage with historical information about he fires and Pulaski himself. If you are looking for a way to stretch out your legs on a relatively short (2 miles) beautiful rainforest like hike this is a great choice. We road our bikes up the canyon to the trailhead there is a small parking lot so don't plan to bring an RV or trailer up, there is no parking for large size rigs.

This RV resort is situated on the river and has Nicky manicured lawns and clean sites. Showers were not the cleanest, dumpsters were full and could be smelled from our site. Pretty place but glad we didn't have reservations for more than one day.

Loved this little gem! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Place is clean and has nice amenities and incredibly clean bathrooms/Showers. Next trip we will plan to stay longer and enjoy all this resort has to offer. We did get our kids on some easy mountain bike trails that were great for beginners and beautiful as an added bonus. Highly recommend for great service, beautiful location and clean facilities.

This little gem is off the beaten path but well worth the diversion. We spent a couple of hours her walking through many of the buildings and exploring the history. Our kids enjoyed the adventure. This is a very clean and well preserved place.

This was a great stop for us on our trip. A very informative tour (you can do self guided or with a person from the museum). It is chilling to walk through the cells especially the solitary confinement area. Not only did we do the prison tour but you have access to a great auto museum and western cowboy museum included in your entrance fee. We also visited a little shop across the street from the museum where they had all kinds of leather and items made from horse hair. All items in the store are made by current inmates in the MT correctional system. Well worth going into, the quality is top notch. There is also an ice cream stand you can grab a great treat for your continued roadtrip.

One of the best places to bowl! Very hip place not your average bowling place. Has full service restaurant and bar. Great place for adults and kids.
