Michael Jones is a fantastic tour guide. Portland is LOADED with haunted places, particularly Old Town.. As a resident, I suggest spring, March, to September, to visit, May and early June are touristy trappings, and bring a rain jacket, not an umbrella.. That's a tourist sign here! 😊Welcome to Portland!!
