This hotel has reached a new low for customer service. If your trip is canceled 23 hours before check in they will charge you more then a full nights stay. Your flight gets canceled, to bad you get charged, The weather cancels your trip, to bad you get charged, there is a earth quake to bad you get charged. You have to cancel 24 hours prior to check in but can't because the manager has to approve it but wont be around for two days. There is no way to cancel when the manager is not around.
