I would say avoid it during spring break times, or other times that are peak. off-peak visit is a must, the scenery and ocean is fantastic.

Fantastic bbq. Doesn't look like much from outside but friendly atmosphere and great bbq inside. Authentic Texas.

$18 for an adult to the top, but you can stay as long as you like. and it's a nice place to hang out for awhile with a bar and coffee shop.

The view is incredible.

Fantastic Italian Restaurant. I had the mushroom ravioli which was excellent. My wife had the Lasagna which was fantastic, especially the sauce. great ambience and top notch service.

Fantastic resort that is a homage to Venice, complete with Grand Canals, boats, and an air conditioned, completely inside, St. Marks Square that makes you feel like you are in an open air setting. Without the pigeons!

Stopped by when the temps were in the low 50's and heavy overcast. Which makes it c.o.l.d. We stopped on Goat Island and was impressed at how close you could park to the falls ($8 parking fee).

Easy walk from there to Terrapin point overlooking the horseshoe falls and a short walk to the other side where you are in between falls on the American side, great upclose view, but for a better overall view head to the Canadian side, and good luck finding cheap parking.

Nice gathering spot in the heart of the city. Good place to grab some food and spend some lunch time.

Ice skating rink in the winter and festivals in the summer. Walk one block over and there is quiet tree-lined hanover square.

Had a fantastic time here. $25 per person for the one hour tour, which is probably all that is necessary. Make sure and walk down the river for the iconic view of the house from down below the falls.

About the house, much has been said, but I was able to see the brilliant use of glass and stone, to create a wide open airy feel. This is common now, but was way ahead of the time in 1937.

As mentioned, it's not a large house, but extremely innovative.

There are some hidden gems on the property, so if you have the time, walk around and check out the nature trails. It was very easy to find the property and get in and out, but the property itself is not near any population center, so gas up before you get here.
