Would Probably be okay, but the nonsmoking pet friendly room (only one left) smelled like stale smoke. Staff argued, yes argued that it was dog smell. Needless to say we moved on,,,,,,
Didn't stay cause of our ESA dog but they would have let us. More like a B&B. Checked the room out, too small for us and our dog but would have been great for a couple. Noticed a book on the counter about registered haunted hotels,,,,,,,YUP,,,,,!!!!! Giselle probably would have woke us up in the middle of the night!!
Great place to stop. Worth the entrance fee. Giselle (Yorky) loved the longhorns and the ice cream at the saloon. The train diner was neat but the food,,,,,,, our roast beef special consisted of about 2 oz of beef between two pieces of stale bread, Bag of chips, can of pop and a prepackaged cup of pudding
Old but clean, pet friendly. "Continental" breakfast consisted of a prepackaged miniature sweet roll OR tiny nut bar, and an 8 oz cup of coffee OR juice,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but a great location just a short walk from famous Wall Drug. Would definitely stay again
Clean, Quiet, with very friendly staff.
Very small quiet town with two motels. and this was the best. Old but maintained. The friendly owner was remodeling a room when we pulled up. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely cross under the highway and check out the river and the dam.
Well worth the drive into the park. Nice cave tour and very helpful personnel. Beautiful views up the scenic drive.
Oak Tree Inn is in Milford, not Minersville! Nice large hotel in a very small town. Clean updated room where everything worked. Good choices for the complimentary breakfast.
Interesting side trip up a smooth small paved road to a very beautiful area with Fish Lake at the end A picturesque Lake and the aspens are beautiful.
