Beautiful view of the city at sunset. One of my favorite parks in Portland.
Nice place with clean bathrooms and showers. Friendly rangers. Beautiful trail right along the Rogue River. Great location for surrounding attractions and scenic high desert views.
Beautiful & spacious campgrounds. Only a 10min drive to the beach and shopping in Pacific City.
The hike down to the falls put me completely out of my comfort zone but was entirely worth it. The power of these falls is absolutely breath taking. It was raining so the trail was a bit dangerous in some areas. I would recommend good hiking boots and rain proof gear if you’re going on this adventure during the rainy season. Excited to come back in the summer to revisit the beauty of this magical place.
