Highly recommend! Emotional overload but part of the complete experience. Be sure to spend time outside museum and talk to park rangers.
Cold windy day but that didn't matter because it's so beautiful. Big problem is no decent public bathroom. Homeless use that area to camp.
Not too impressed overall. Outside condition of building was slightly run down and landscaping was a shambles. Desk attendant was efficient and friendly. Room was well used, furnishings slightly discolored. Showerhead was like hard mist. Low end linens. Breakfast was advertised on website but non existent. This was an important reason we picked this property. Reccomend move on from this one.
A geological wonder? This giant thumbprint in the earth should be seen if at all possible. Berringer's story seemed just as important to the narrative. Take the guided tour for a more complete picture. See the movie before the tour if possible to make more sense of what you see.
Good value. Clean, tidy. Excellent front desk service. Kevin is on the ball! Towels and linens were lower end but no funky smells. Bed was harder than I prefer. Beware, no breakfast included.
