What an amazing view! We'd been recommended by friends to go up to the Top of the Rock over Empire State Building as its slightly cheaper & you get to see the Empire State Building as part of the spectacular view. Well worth it, a must see.
Only downside, not the easiest to find as little to no signage, however staff are very happy to help point you in the right direction.
Lovely place to go for a walk. Beautiful views over South Downs, surrounding villages & Brighton. Track to make it easier, however great to go off the beaten track as well. Car park is run by the National Trust & no pay machine, you have to call & quote a number- not the easiest thing to do as the system doesn't understand your voice very well & mixed with bad phone signal it isn't ideal! However we got there in the end & managed to pay for it, £2 is a great price.
