The falls were beautiful and it was just off the highway. We stopped to see the falls and eat lunch. The Mosquitos were awful!

Such a cool Spot. We stopped at the viewing area above the bowl and were very impressed, but we were surprised to see people down inside. We stopped in one of the shops there and the instructed us on how to get down to the beach. We ended up spending several hours down on the beach. We explored the bowl, searched tide pools, looked for agates, played in the ocean and enjoyed lunch on the beach.

If you want to be educated about the whales as well as see them I recommend this tour. We enjoyed learning about the individual whales and why they are so popular in the bay, their food sources and habits. It was very interesting and Carrie knows her stuff. We unfortunately didn't see any whales which was so disappointing, but it wasn't because they didn't try. We did get to see some seals, birds and sea lions though.

You definitely have to time this one right. The Well is smaller than you think and not very interesting unless it's high tide. The blow hole also needs high tide to be active. We missed out on both. Also it is not in the same spot as the devils churn. We did learn with the Devils Churn that every seventh wave is the big one. It was pretty amazing an chose to keep our kids watching from the lookout above. There are no rails at the bottom.

One of our favorite stops. We are a family of six, kids ages 1 to 10. We were there the first of June and the weather was a little chilly but the kids still played in the sand and we went kayaking in the bay. It was nice for them to be able to be out on the water without them being out in the open ocean. They even has some seals pay attention to them. The tidepools were fun and had enough critters to be exciting. Not to mention the amazing view!

Its a working light house and couldn't get much closer, but there is a beautiful lookout over the ocean and dunes. Also there is a little museum and gift shop to visit.

We loved our Stay! What a beautiful camp ground and lake! We stayed in the Deluxe Yurt right next to the Lake Marie. The view was stunning and it was so nice to have our own bathroom and kitchen area. We BBQ each night and enjoyed a fire for smores and stories. It was nice to be able to walk to the lake where we kayaked and played in the sand. We also walked to the lighthouse and ocean look out. We even walked to the sand dunes and watched the dune buggies race around.

We had a wonderful stay with the Maple Leaf. They were helpful and kind and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We loved having the outside tables and BBQ to have dinner with the family and play games out on the lawn.

Our family loves a good tourist trap. While it was fun and interesting and we enjoyed the house itself, I'm not sure it was worth the price. There were things that we awesome like the slant of the house and the golf ball rolling up hill. Not sure we would go back.

We are a family of six. Four children between 1 and 10. It was a perfect hiking spot for our family. We loved the diversity in growth and trees, the falls were amazing (there are no fences or rails to view the falls so you have to watch your children) We were there May 26 so the run off was still high. We didn't see much in the Giant Boulders, but it was still fun to hike around and climb and explore. We spent several hours there.
