The lake was recently converted back to being a tidal estuary, and the wildlife is even better than before, an odd oasis in the middle of a gritty city.

Great little neighborhood spot, with tasty coffee.

The residents have all been evicted, so the shanties are coming down... Hopefully some of the art will remain! Go see it soon!
