Had a great time here. Friendly staff and clean space. My family stayed in a cozy Deluxe Double room for the night. We're traveling to move to our new home so we have our cat (the pet fee is $75 for one pet btw) and they were very accommodating. They even had a little squeaky toy for him to play with! The only complaints I have about this beautiful place is that the shower we had was not the glass walk-in that I see in the pictures on here, but instead was a standard shower size with just a shower curtain that did not reach the floor and the floor did not have any raised edges as I believe the shower is meant to be more easily accessed, but we found it impossible to keep the water within the shower. The whole bathroom floor would be covered with water after the shower. Also, be careful to make sure the door lock is not sticking out at all cause when you come back to the hotel to open the door, the door may catch onto the lock and you'll be locked out. Despite these two things the place is a great place to stay and it has a good breakfast as well. :) I'd definitely recommend this place for those passing through Albuquerque.
We went right as the sun had just set so it was a bit dark, but it was still great! Had a fun time taking pictures of the cars and my sister did not see the mud and stepped right in it. The mud is a bit difficult to get off, so just be careful and watch your step or bring something to either put your shoes in or clean your feet off with especially if it has recently rained. Awesome stop!
*Hoping to save someone some time. I haven't stayed here, but I did notice that it says "No Pets Allowed" on their site. So it probably should not be considered "Pet Friendly".
