Very clean. Beautiful hotel. Great experience for our family of 6. My family booked a room at a hotel across the road from this one (Hilton Garden Inn) on July 10, 2016 and when we pulled in at 9:30 pm the Hilton informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. We drove across the road to this hotel and they gave us a very nice room for half the price after my husband told them what happened. You just can't beat a Holiday Inn. This hotel is worth the stay.
My family of 6 (my husband and I have 4 children and the youngest is 2 months old) made a reservation at this hotel on July 10, 2016 and when we pulled into the hotel at 9:30 pm, we were informed they had overbooked and had no rooms to put us in. They offered to foot the bill for us at another hotel down the road (which I will not name), but it's not even close to having a reputation of being anything acceptable or clean. We drove across the road to the Holiday Inn University and told them what happened and they gave us the VP suite for half the cost (which we paid ourselves). I was a fan of Hilton Garden Inns until yesterday and will no longer stay at one due to this. Holiday Inn won my business.
