Stayed 2 nights in an RV at the upper end of the RV park. The park was clean, and well cared for. I give 4 instead of 5 stars for only one reason. The only bathroom (and showers) with running water is at the front of the park where you check in. So it is long a walk to use it if you are at an RV site. They have put port-a-potties at the top so you don't have to walk so far but I like running water and no smell. Everything else was great especially the close location to Mesa Verde National park which was incredible.

We went here as part of a road trip to Utahs National Parks (Arches, CanyonLands, etc.) of all the hikes we did this one was our favorite. There is nothing quite like hiking through the slot canyons, this one is beautiful! There is a reason that this hike is the most popular in the San Rafael Swell area. Well worth the extra drive to visit and your explorer this area.

Nice campground, great for tents and viewing the stars. The sites are well spread out. We were there on a night where the campground was sold out and we still felt like we had tons on room and didn't hear any other sites. Great view on the valley on the west end of the property. The toilets are terrific (plumbed) and the staff kept them very clean. (No sinks though) I would definitely stay here again.

Great bathrooms, very clean and the nicest we have had on our 11 day road trip. They even have fresh cut flower in them. The service was very friendly and helpful recommending some local places to eat when we mentioned that we were headed into town. The RV park is located on a private ranch one mile from the highway, no traffic noise. The property is pretty, Rolling hay fields with cattle. They have a nice well kept lawn area complete with volleyball net. This would be a great location for a family get together or reunion.
