Awakino River Lodge is the secluded riverfront retreat that you have been dreaming of – an iconic historic building which captures the spirit of its diverse past, while providing complete luxury and relaxation inside and out.

The design of the lodge is modelled on a French Provinciale Maison. The Furniture is an eclectic mix of English antiques, Indonesian and Mongolian chests, Macrocarpa dining table made on site, Macrocarpa kitchen joinery made on site.

The lodge features a master bedroom with a super king bed, granite en-suite bathroom with under-floor heating, and 3 additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Outdoor BBQ area full of sun, great for entertaining.

They can set up catering on site for up to 12 people with ease.
