Valid Credit Card numbers and expiry are required to confirm all bookings. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. If this is not received and you don`t arrive then we may charge you one nights accommodation. In peak periods and some special events a minimum night stay may apply, this includes a 72 hour cancellation policy. Should guests alter or depart before the reserved departure date, refunds will only be given at management discretion. Cancellation policy for groups will be advised at the time of booking. Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only. Payment for all accommodation and extras must be made in full on the day of departure(if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
