“Asylum themed restaurant”
Imagine being locked up at Acatraz, where you're promptly shanked by an inmate and in need of immediate medical attention. Except the medical ward is full and you have to order your blood transfusions from a menu. And your meals are served in human heads because Alcatraz is suddenly a a torture chamber full of cannibals See? Alcatraz E.R. is one of the weirdest themed restaurants in Japan, and that's saying something!
For obvious reasons, everything on the menu sounds exceptionally unappealing, horror-themed, and/or pretty gross sounding. To give you an idea, they have a drink named "sperm juice" that comes with a banana carved into the shape of a penis… for real.
