Welcome to Edinburgh’s premier five star hostel. Smart City Hostels redefines the hostel experience. You can find us just off the Royal Mile in the middle of Edinburgh’s Old Town. Our hostel can provide private rooms as well as larger dorm style living, so there really is something for everyone. At Smart City, we have rooms that are clean and comfortable and all have en-suite facilities. Free wifi runs throughout the building. Bar 50 is our fully licensed bar and kitchen serving tasty locally sourced food and drinks from 8am til late daily, with wide screen TVs, pool tables, and a great atmosphere. We have a 24 hour reception, no curfew, a fully secure locker facility, and all of Edinburgh’s lively night scene on our doorstep.
