Best surprise is no surprise. Everything works. Sites are good size and level. I think all are pull-through. Unlike most KOAs, this one is about 2 kms from the thruway, so it's nice and quiet. Closest FHU park to Montreal that we could find, but still a C$50 cab fare away. Some sites share water and electric posts (not sewer), so if you are on the wrong side, you need long hoses and cords. Ask at check-in if this will be an issue. Price is, as usual for KOA, 10% over their neighbours, but you get that back with the VKR (free) membership. We were in a 27' motorhome with a toad. No problem.

We stayed here twice a few days apart in the same spot. It was quiet, spots were well maintained, friendly staff, good wifi, good cell signal. The ladies restrooms closer to the main building were really nice, new and clean. The one in the center was slightly less so (The shower heads were much older and the fan was broken in one of the showers). My husband reports that the two men’s rooms were equally nice. We didn’t use any of the other amenities except the dump area. Would definitely stay here again. It’s the closest campground I could find to Montreal!

We visited on F1 weekend, so the park was packed. I've never seen campground bathrooms so busy. Presumably, things would be calmer other times.

It's what you'd expect from a KOA. The proximity to Montreal is excellent, although a cab ride was $40 Canadian. The campground website advertises a "tour shuttle." When I inquired, I was told "there is no shuttle" as if it doesn't say on their website that there is one.

Staff was excellent! Young lady provided us with great information on parking our RV and taking metro to Montreal. Was very easy! Clean bathrooms! Pool was immaculate even with all of the children. The only thing I would recommend is a stronger wifi

• My site was level, and long enough for my 26’ RV and toad.
• Site had power (30 amp), water, sewer, fire pit and a picnic table.
• Staff was good, it’s nice to be in a campground where they are always working to keep it looking great.
• Did not try their WIFI, used my Rogers Hot Spot and it was great.
• No cable TV but a few air channels and reception is good.
• Showers have good pressure and hot water.
• Very quiet and peaceful.
• I have seen a few reviews that complain about a train, the train is more than 3km away, and you can not hear it.
