Long drive-through rest area with good facilities. It is separated from the highway by some scrub, which limits the traffic noise slightly and is adjacent to the Lyndon River. There is not much shade or privacy and the site is frequented by trucks. There are warning signs for flash flooding, so please use only in dry weather.
Great overnight stop after a long drive from Bunbury. Flys were insane so it’s best to plan your arrival time later rather than earlier. Watch for feral cats and deal with them as you see fit.
Good easy spot to pull over and stay the night but MUST MUST MUST have fly face nets!
