Cancellations received prior to 1(one)day of arrival date will not incur any charge provided cancellation is made through original booking agent or internet channel. Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email but prior to arrival date are subject to a minimum of a 1 (ONE) night cancellation fee. Failure to arrive will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee of 1 (ONE)night, or more, per room, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.
