Stefano Lubiana Wines

Established in 1990, we are a boutique family-owned and operated company that is Tasmania's first and only certified biodynamic vineyard and focused entirely upon producing small quantities of naturally handcrafted wines from grape to glass in the state's cool maritime climate. The vineyard, winery, osteria and distillery site overlooks the picturesque River Derwent estuary.

Join us at our cellar door and osteria for a taste of the wines and some great rustic Italian food. An osteria can be described as a small 'farmhouse' style eatery in Italy. Often they don't have a menu and the dishes are created with what is local and in season. In our osteria, the menu is fresh, seasonal, inspired by regional Italian cuisine and based around what comes out of our biodynamically run vegetable garden.
