The historical property and two separate vineyards at Pooley Wines, in the Coal River Valley, have built up a good reputation for the production of their quality wines, such as world-class Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay. Members of the Pooley family have been actively involved in the business for three generations with their passion and commitment to fine wine, and the land the vines grow on. They are recognised for their environmental approach to winemaking and were the first and only fully credited environmentally sustainable vineyard in Tasmania.
