Trafalgar House is a historic bluestone guesthouse built in 1890 located within central Port Elliot, about one hour's drive south of Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula. A short walk to the beautiful beach at Horseshoe Bay and to cliff top walks looking over spectacular views to Victor Harbor and Goolwa. Well known eateries such as the Flying Fish, Hotel Elliot and popular bakery are a short stroll away. You might also enjoy browsing the village shops, the Soldiers Memorial Gardens and historic railway station. Port Elliot with its natural charm, is a great place to explore the south coast's beaches, wineries, walking trails, heritage railway, wildlife parks, penguins, whales, Murray River mouth, The Coorong, golf and local food produce Three separate suites are available. The recently renovated two bedroom 1920's Maid's Cottage with new stone bench top kitchen, lounge and bathroom with two person bath, the Lady Hamilton Suite, a romantic self contained suite which includes kitchenette, bathroom and lounge with a private courtyard entrance or the Strand Suite, an intimate suite with a private entrance that features an ensuite bathroom and lounge. We offer comfortable queen bedrooms with Cloud Toppers, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and breakfast provisions.
